Mandalas

Mandalas are used to help focus attention during meditation and it is also a part of the Hindu tradition.

It is a semi -extract, a semi-figurative design that aids meditation in a visual way of opening you’re mind-body into an inner calm and letting go.

It is relatively symmetrical in structure, with different kinds of geometric motifs surrounding a well-defined center which is always enclosed by an outer border, so that the eye is immediately drawn towards the center point encouraging concentration and meditation.

When you display them in a peaceful environment and contemplate on them, allowing your thoughts to run free, you will feel yourself little by little relaxing into a peaceful, rested mind-body experience.  With this simple action, you will find your mind clearing and stress disappearing with only 5 or 10 minutes a day.

Kristina Angelgate using acrylic pens, artist brushes, and fine waterproof markers.  These beautifully colored designs are already framed and matted in a fine grain white folder ready for hanging or setting up somewhere comfortable for your mind-body experience.
