Practicing gratitude is one of the simplest and most effective things you can do to transform your life.
Research shows that people who regularly take time to notice things are grateful for enjoying better sleep, better relationships, they show more compassion, kindness and are overall happier.
You can be thankful for a nice cup of coffee, a sunny day, or even that adorable wiggle dance your dog does when you come home. As long as you practice with a gratitude journal on the moments you are thankful you can easily enhance your overall well-being and life satisfaction.

Gratefulness Classes are being offered in the month of May on Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons at my resident studio in Lake Worth.
In this to our class will we would be working together to change your perspective on life as well as your own specific circumstances you will be provided with your own personal journal to answer questions asked of you in class and to work on at home.
To accommodate different schedules I have a few classes.
$20 per person
May 1st from 6:30-8:30 pm.
May 15th from 6:30-8:30pm.
May 19th from 2:30-4:30 pm
May 30th from 2:30-4:30 pm
