Return/Cancellation Policy
Missed Appointments: Please remember each appointment is scheduled for a specific time. You will be billed for a missed individual appointment unless Kristina is notified of your intent to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. Please be specific with the time and place of the appointment scheduled at least two hours before arrival time. Your consideration is very much appreciated by Kristina as well as other clients.
Missed Appointments: Cancellations are required 24 hours before appointment otherwise a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. "No shows" without notification will also be charged.
Refunds on Live Phone Readings and Affirmation Sessions: A refund or cancellation must be expressed by the client/customer within the first 5 minutes of the start of the session. Otherwise, if it isn't stated within the first 5-minute introduction that they wish to NOT continue, the client/customer is responsible for the full amount that has been paid on Google Wallet.
