Affirmations help us reach new levels of happiness. To speak the words aloud or silently and being sure to be mindful of the meaning and the feeling that it has already happened, then It Will happen! It is suggested that an affirmation is to be said and/or written at least 3 times a day, for 21 days, so that the body and mind “Believe” it has already has happened.
Kristina will work in creating with you affirmations to suit individual needs. You will also learn “The Seven Steps on How to Use Affirmations Effectively” and learn how to use “The Seven Guidelines to Help Positive Daily Affirmations Become a Success”.
Kristina has studied and has handwritten her own handbook of affirmations that have proven to really work! She will be quoting and implementing the works of famous writers that include: Dr. Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Catherine Ponder and Florence Scovil Shinn.
